Loon Lake residents collect to support Big Lake Church of God Food Pantry, donation made Saturday
(Talk of the Town photo by Jennifer Zartman Romano) In hopes of helping meet the giving needs of Big Lake Church of God's food pantry in northern Whitley County, the residents of Loon Lake worked together the past few weeks to collect canned and non-perishable food items. On Saturday, volunteers visited collection points around the lake community to pick up donations and deliver them to the food pantry.
