Old Settlers Days are on their way...

In just a few hours, the streets of downtown Columbia City will be transformed for the 109th annual Old Settlers Days and American Legion Festival. Above, the rides arrived overnight and are parked at the Whitley County fairgrounds awaiting street closures downtown which will begin after 5 p.m. today.
