Congrats to the TROY graduates

(Talk of the Town photo provided)
TROY stands for Teaching And Reaching Our Youth, and so we were proud to award high school diplomas to eight graduating seniors at a commencement ceremony at Trinity Presbyterian Church on May 26. Surrounded by family and friends, the students were praised for their determination, perseverance, and dedication to academic and personal achievement. Math teacher Bill Webber was chosen by the students to give the commencement address. He shared four important life lessons, citing a commencement speech by former Navy Seal, Admiral William H. McRaven, which were graciously received by the students with bits of humor and plenty of love.
