Columbia City Rotarians will observe 100th year with gala dinner in May

From reports

A milestone year is upon the Columbia City Rotary Club -- their golden anniversary is at hand.
Now celebrating their 100th year, the organization has held weekly meetings for the past 100 years -- truly a remarkable feat.
A gala dinner to celebrate the anniversary will be held on May 11, 2019, at Eagles Nest Event Center in Columbia City. Dinner begins at 6:15 p.m. and a program will begin at 7:30 p.m.
The highlight of the evening will be the keynote address by the President Elect of Rotary International Mark Maloney. On July 1, 2019, he will become the President of Rotary International. The program will also include some history of the club, a proclamation and songs of 1919, along with presentations and recognitions.
