Vera Pauline Moe, 99

Vera Pauline Moe, 99, of Warsaw, died at 8:16 p.m. on Sunday, March 9, 2008, at Grace Village Health Care in Winona Lake.
A daughter of Edward and Erma (Naber) Goehler, she was born in North Manchester on January 15, 1909.
On December 24, 1936, she was united in marriage to Fern A. Moe in Greenfield. Mr. Moe passed away on October 13, 1981.
An art and home economics teacher for schools in Pierceton, North Webster, Akron and for Whitko schools, she spent most of her life in Kosciusko County.
She was a member of First Church of Christ Scientist in Warsaw. She held memberships in the Order of the Eastern Star, Pierceton, Retired Teachers of Kosciusko County and Retired Teachers of Indiana.
She is survived by a daughter, Sharon (Keith) Peoples of Columbia City, two granddaughters, a grandson, seven great-grandchildren and five step-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fern, two sisters and a brother.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15, at Titus Funeral Home in Warsaw. Bill Nichols officiated. Burial was in Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton.
Memorials given in Mrs. Moe’s name may be directed at the discretion of the donor.
