Robert R. Hilligoss, 88

Robert R. Hilligoss, 88, Columbia City, passed away Sunday, March 23, 2008.
Mr. Hilligoss was born on May 10, 1919, and was married to his wife of 70 years, Betty (Ulrey) Hilligoss. Robert R. Hilligoss
He is also survived by his daughters Peggy (Terry) Krider of Decatur, and Deb (Mike) Roy of Columbia City, five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, a brother, Max Hilligoss, and a sister, Miriam Rice.
He is preceded in death by his son, Ronald, and two grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 28, 2008 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, Fort Wayne. Visitation will be Thursday from 2-4 p.m. and from 6-8 p.m. Memorial contributions in Robert Hilligoss’s name can be made to the Columbia City Church of the Brethren Building Fund.
