Theresa Ann Wallace, age 59, of Columbia City passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at her residence. 

Born on September 9, 1948 in Hartford City , Indiana , she was the daughter of Gerald E. and Glendora P. Macon.

She attended school in the Trenton School System, Trenton , Indiana. On June 19, 1991 she married Charles Wallace in Hartford City where she resided until 2004 when she moved to Columbia City. She worked for Key Plastics in Hartford City for 15 years.

Survivors include her daughters, Tammy (Harold McClure) Hoppas of Churubusco and Terry (Raymond) Heflin of Columbia City; sons, Troy (Annette) Brock of Garrett and Robert Brock of Columbia City ; and 11 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Charles Wallace, and a brother, Gene Macon. 

Services will be private. 

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in Mrs. Wallace's memory to the American Diabetes Association.  Arrangements have been entrusted to DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, Columbia City .
