Arthur R. Waterson, age 61, died Wednesday, May 21, 2008.

A United States Army veteran, he was employed in the Maintenance Department for over 30 years at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN. He was an avid fisherman and golfer.

Survivors include his wife, Maggie Waterson of Columbia City; a daughter, Alexis (Timothy) Wash of Dora, Alabama; a son, Anthony (Amanda) Waterson of Louisville, Kentucky; his mother, Polita Waterson of Kendallville; 2 brothers, Richard (Linda) Waterson of Syracuse and Robert (LuAnn) Waterson of Morgantown, West Virginia; a sister, Ann (Walt) Brazel of Ligonier; and a granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Waterson.

Visitation is 2 p.m. with funeral service following at 4 p.m. on Thursday, May 22, 2008, at DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, Columbia City. Burial will follow at Oak Park Cemetery, State Road 5, Ligonier.

Memorials may be given in memory of Mr. Waterson to the Parkview Whitley Home Health Care & Hospice.
