Adelaide Caroline Turnpaugh, infant stillborn daughter of Douglas Wayne and Cynthia Lyn (Mattingly) Turnpaugh passed away at 5:31 p.m. on Monday, October 20, 2008 at her home.  

Survivors include her parents, 7 brothers and sisters, Douglas Clark, Lael Hoshana, Kenneth Grant, David Paul and Emanuel Josiah Turnpaugh of Columbia City, Julie Nichel (Dan) Olmstead of Goshen and Joe Chaning of Bardstown, Kentucky; paternal grandparents, Joe (Jeanne) Turnpaugh of Goshen; maternal grandfather, Joe Mattingly of Bardstown, Kentucky; and maternal grandmother, Cathy Mattingly of Bardstown, KY. She was preceded in death by a brother, Jacob Eli Turnpaugh, on December 10, 2003.  

Graveside service is at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, October 24, 2008 at Thorn Cemetery, Ormas, with Pastor Tim Kumfer of Big Lake Church of God officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, Columbia City.
