Victor Anthony Foote, 52

Victor Anthony Foote, 52, of Yakima, Washington, formerly of Columbia City, died on Monday, December 8, 2008.

He is survived by his brother, Mark S. (Darlene) Foote of Columbia City; 2 sisters, Sarah Foote and Rosie (Gene) Twaits both of Aurora, Illinois; girlfriend, Brenda Ainslie of Yakima, Washington; and a son, Jason Cody of Columbia City.

He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Rosalie (Checz) Foote and brother, Kim Joseph Foote.

Memorial service is Saturday, January 10, 2009 at 2 p.m. at the American Legion Post #157, 115 S Main Street, Churubusco.
