Tayah Mae Hollenbaugh was stillborn at 3:41 a.m. on Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at Parkview North Hospital, Fort Wayne.

She was the daughter of Greg Earl and Traci Renee (Miller) Hollenbaugh.

Survivors include her parents, Greg Earl and Traci Renee Hollenbaugh of Columbia City; paternal grandparents, Terry and Roberta Hollenbaugh of South Whitley; maternal grandfather, Mark Miller of Van Wert, Ohio; great-grandparents, Max and Bonnie Hollenbaugh; Jean Myers of Fort Wayne and Robert amd Betty Tracy of Grover Hill, Ohio.

She is preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Janet Mae Miller and maternal great-grandparents, Ron and Carlotta Miller.

A private family funeral service will be Saturday, February 7, 2009 at DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, Columbia City, with Pastor Steve Johnson of Oak Grove Church of God officiating.
