Pamela R. Burelison-Sparks, 51, of South Whitley passed away at 5:26 p.m. Tuesday, August 18, 2009 at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne.

Born in Fort Wayne on October 9, 1957, she was the daughter of Charles E. and Barbara A. (Middleton) Burelison. 

A lifetime Whitley County resident, she graduated from Columbia City High School with the Class of 1976. She worked as a production associate for Autoliv, Columbia City. 

Survivors include her daughter, Melissa Sparks of Royal Center; a son, Ryan Sparks of Warsaw; parents, Charles and Barbara Burelison of Columbia City; 2 brothers, Garry A. Burelison of Fort Wayne and Timothy (Mary) Burelison of Ridinger Lake; 2 sisters, Christine Green of South Whitley and Robin (Barry) Hively of Columbia City; and five grandchildren.  

Visitation with the family is Saturday, August 22, 2009 at 3 p.m. with a memorial service immediately following at 4 p.m. at DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home,

City, IN. Pastor Curtiss Johnson will officiate. Memorials may be given in memory of Ms. Sparks to Whitley County Parkview Home Health and Hospice. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
