Jamie L. Rex, 61

Jamie L. Rex, 61, of Columbia City,  died Sunday, January 10, 2010, at Miller's Merry Manor Nursing Home, Columbia City. 

At Ms. Rex's request there will be no viewing or services.  Arrangements have been entrusted to DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, Columbia City.
