Gerry L. Clark-Bodas, 76

Gerry L. Clark-Bodas, 76, of Fort Wayne, went to be with the Lord at 7:59 p.m. Friday, June 18, 2010 at her home.
She was born November 1, 1933 in Swamp Branch, Kentucky a daughter of Bert and Francis (May) Conley. As a young girl, her family moved to Ohio and later Indiana to Fort Wayne and surrounding areas. She completed her education at Ivy Tech College.
On September 13, 1987 she was united in marriage to Clarence A. Bodas. They have made their home in Clinton, Tennessee until August 2009 when they returned to Fort Wayne.
She was a union representative for General Electric for several years, waitress at 30 Club and Fort Wayne Country Club, worked for the Allen County Public Defenders Office and lastly at American Eagle.
Her church membership was with the Pentecostal Church of God in Grover City, California.
Surviving relatives include her husband, Clarence; four children, Diane (Dave) Ryman of Atwood, Cindy (Dorsey) Simmons of Fort Wayne, David (Cynthia) Clark of Etna Green and Douglas Clark of Fort Wayne; five grandchildren, Stacy, D.J., David Jr., Christine and Sarah; one great grandson; eight brothers, Herman Conley of Tucson AZ, Roger Conley of Warsaw, R.B. Conley of Etna Green, Dan Conley of Etna Green, John Conley of Warsaw, Robert Conley of Warsaw, Ron Conley of Pierceton and Mark Conley of Columbus GA; and three sisters, Vernita Cunningham of Dayton OH, Joan Potter of Etna Green and Deb Vetor of Warsaw.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister, Ernie Conley, Wolford Conley, Bobby Conley and Wilma Jane Conley.
A private graveside service was held at the Etna Green Cemetery.
Preferred memorials are to Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana.
