Judith Diane Clark, 70

Judith Diane Clark, 70, of Columbia City, died at 9:40 p.m. Friday, December 31, 2010 at her home.
She was born January 27, 1940 in Council Bluffs, Iowa a daughter of Harwood Calvin and Helen Louise (Wood) McKain. Her formative years were spent in Council Bluffs, where she graduated from high school.
From 1959 until 1961 she served in the United States Navy.
In 1962 she married James Donald Clark. They made their home in Detroit, Michigan. Mr. Clark died in 1980. She then moved to Fort Walton Beach, Florida until 1984 when she moved to Houston, Texas. In October 2009 she moved to Columbia City to be with her son, Mark, and his family.
A medical transcriptionist, she worked for U T M B in Houston.
Surviving relatives include two sons, Scott D. Clark of Houston TX and Mark Daniel (Loris) Clark of Columbia City; four grandchildren; and a great grandson.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a step son, James Austin Clark.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at Smith & Sons Coach Room, 205 North Main Street, Columbia City. There will be no public visitation.
Preferred memorials are to Alzheimer's Association.
