The Wildcats improved to 3-1 (2-0) in the TRC on the season as quarterback Alex Stoddard was 6 for 8 on 106 yards, while four catches were hauled in by Wildcat Derek Snep for 81 yards.

The Wizard knew it would be an easy win for the Eagles and it was. Next week the Eagles begin their stretch of the tough part of the season with Angola on the tab first.

Columbia City 28, Homestead 31
This game started hot for the Eagles and ended hot for the Spartans. Coming back from a 21-point deficit, the Eagles lost 31-28 to Homestead on a 37-yard field goal with :02 left in the game. CC quarterback Logan Rehrer broke the Columbia City career record as he tossed for 263 yards on 17 completions and 2 TDs.
