Third District Congressman Jim Banks will be the featured speaker for the Whitley County GOP’s morning breakfast meeting this Wednesday, July 7, 2021, at 8:15 a.m. at Bob Evans in Columbia City.
Banks is expected to speak about his recent trip to the southern US border and provide an overview on congressional issues through the end of 2021.
