The Indiana Department of Transportation announces road construction work on U.S. 33 in Allen County.

Crews will replace a ditch box culvert between Johnson Road and O Day Road.

Drivers should watch out for several restrictions in the work zone. Those include a new road construction layout, narrow lanes with a width limit of 10 feet, closed shoulders and a speed limit of 45 mph.

Work was scheduled to start on or after July 2 and is expected to last for two months.

INDOT reminds drivers to slow down and use caution while driving in and around all work zones. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
