The Whitley Community Children’s Choir, a choir of the reknowned Fort Wayne Children’s Choir, is seeking more young voices to fill their ranks this fall. Children in grades 3 to 12 are welcome to audition.
According to Denise Gilliland, the choir director, auditions will be offered on Tuesday, June 22 in Columbia City. Interested parties much schedule an appointment to audition and may do so by calling (260) 481-0481. Once scheduled, they will receive the address for the auditions.
The Whitley Community Children’s Choir offers youths with an interest in singing an opportunity to increase their musical and performance development, while fostering music appreciation, team building, leadership, history and culture and offers an opportunity to have fun while working hard.
